Alice and I went with her and other China/PCA watoners including Michael Swaine and Ellis Joffe to have afternoon tea at the Peninsula in Hong Kong. That was July 12-14, 1995. I had met her before and visited her later in her office when I was at Mainlda Affairs council (1998)
