--中國將從淨貸款國(已經1/4世紀如此)成為淨借款國。
-- China's current acount 經常帳 1993-2018 had run a surplus until now. (Current account roughly speaking is the sum of its trade balance and net income from foreign investment)
-- 對這事實中國政府才慢慢的覺醒，而連美國負責與北京談判貿易協定的官員似乎都沒有注意到。
"China's government is only slowly waking up to this fact. America's trade negotiators, meanwhile, seem not to have noticed it at all".
