共軍將領攻台戰術文有四大特點:

1. 針對性: 發表恰在蔡英文兩岸政策陳述後一天。

2. 間接性: 作者是"前"南京軍區"副"司令，而非"現"任"正"司令。如此可預留北京高層及台辦官員對台"柔性"做法之迴旋空間。

3. 披露性: 作者描述對台戰術中未提"封鎖"。進一步證實我多年所說: "封鎖"曠日廢時，使國際、國內狀況難以掌握。故共軍不攻台則已，要攻一定是"首戰即決戰"。我軍演習中"封鎖"想定早已過時。

4. 隱藏性: 共軍攻台的"殺手鐧"未提: 電磁脈衝彈、電腦戰等"點穴戰"及"用間"內應。

總之，北京用武對台是下下策，可能性趨近於零。「買台灣比打台灣便宜。」此文發表是"心理戰"，亦在柔性威懾。
此文呼應習近平所說，若無九二共識，則"地動山搖"。而中共海協會會長陳德銘主動敬民進黨中國事務部主任趙天麟酒，屬習近平所說「兩岸心靈契合」

恭讀華嚴經。恭念觀音菩薩、蓮華生大士、藥師佛、金剛心及文殊菩薩等經咒。

After reading the Huayan Sutra, and reciting the sutra and the mantras of Bodhisatvas and the Medicine Budha, I began meditation only to open my eyes to find the incense flower in front of me. These are views from various angles.

I gave a talk “AIIB and the New Silk roads: Xi Jinping’s Strategic Aspirations” at Yagielloian University, the oldest university in Poland, in Krakow which is the old capital of Poland. The thrust of my talk was： Under the New Silk Road proposal, Xi Jinping aspires to break through the U.S.-backed containment of China with the unsaid final objective of counter-contain the U.S.
 
在波蘭古都卡拉克夫全國最老的雅傑龍大學，我對剛發生的大事發表看法“亞投行和一帶一路：習近平戰略的構想”。主要觀點是：在一帶一路表面經濟的構想之下，習進平有地緣戰略的目的，就是從海、路兩線向西突破美國的圍堵，達到反圍堵的最後目的。我們並拜會該校校長。
